The Manor is a 14 bedded unit in the main building over 2 floors. The unit supports males and female service users with a diagnosis of acquired brain injury (ABI) and/or Mental Health issues who also have complex nursing needs and physical disabilities. The majority of people we support on an ongoing basis suffer from limb paralysis and are wheelchair bound.

We have hoists in every room, large spacious areas and widened doorways for accessibility. Croham Place provides an in-house physiotherapy service led by a physiotherapist registered with both the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Health & Care Professions Council.

The Beeches is a dedicated unit, providing care and support for up to 12 female service users. The unit offers a comfortable, homely environment designed to meet both the physical and mental health needs of our residents. Located on the ground floor, the unit offers individual bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms for seven residents, and five additional bedrooms with access to two shared bathrooms.

There is a private garden and outdoor space where residents can come and go freely. The communal areas are spacious, bright, and welcoming, with provisions to accommodate necessary equipment for supporting service users. For those who need a quieter space away from noise, there is a designated quiet room. The dining room offers modern comfort with accessible facilities, and all meals are prepared by our on-site cook.

The Nightingales has staff dedicated to supporting male service users of working age. The Nightingales support gentleman with mental health and or neurocognitive/acquired brain injury conditions.

The unit provides 9 bedrooms, each with an ensuite toilet, 2 communal shower rooms, a spacious lounge and dining room, a quiet room, a fully fitted kitchen to promote rehabilitation and independence, and a private garden.
