We take a holistic and tailored approach to care, offering detailed assessments, personalised care plans and a collaborative approach with health professionals and referrers. Our modern facilities and focus on therapeutic engagement create an environment that promotes positive outcomes.
How do you ensure quality of care?
Our services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We maintain robust quality assurance processes, provide extensive staff training and carry out regular audits. Feedback from stakeholders, families and service users helps us to continually improve.
Can families visit before placement?
Yes, families and referrers are encouraged to visit our care homes. We are happy to arrange tours, introduce you to our team and provide detailed information about our services and facilities.
How do you involve families and professionals in care?
We value collaboration and transparency. Families are invited to participate in care planning and attend regular events, while professionals receive detailed reports, progress updates and maintain open communication to ensure service users’ needs are met.
How are care plans developed and reviewed?
Every care plan begins with a comprehensive assessment involving the individual, their family and healthcare professionals. Care plans are reviewed regularly and adapted to meet changing needs, ensuring a responsive and effective approach.

Our homes are designed to meet a range of needs, with spacious en-suite rooms, accessible communal areas, therapy spaces and sensory gardens. Many also include innovative features like aquariums and sensory equipment to enhance well-being.
How can someone be admitted to your care homes?
We accept referrals exclusively from funding bodies, including local authorities, NHS teams, and clinical commissioning groups. Our Referrals team works closely with referrers to facilitate a smooth transition for service users.
